Henbane Poison Patch (One of a Kind)
  • Henbane Poison Patch (One of a Kind)

To make these patches, I use an 80 year old Singer sewing machine. ( Singer 114w103 ) It's not computer generated, I do this all by hand with the help of a motor lol. SO YES...there will be some crazy areas cuz I am human, and I am a crazy one, at that. :D

This Henbane patch measures at around 6" , so it's pretty big. I used my singer 114w103 as pictured, and then I also used my 1950s Singer Featherweight to do the veining. I had to use free-motion embroidery on that area because I didn't have needles small enough to do that on the other machine lol. Still a work in progress, but this is still something I am proud of. :) Though I am new at this, this patch took me a whole day to complete. Of course, it's an obscure flower, but those who are of the same mind, are bound to know its secrets. :)

Thanks for viewing this little part of my soul. hahaha
